[QA] - When make hover effect to link it should be red in color

Environment: All browsers

Steps to reproduce:
1.Move to home page
2.When make hover effect to the link except home,
its getting red in color but should be black

Expected result:
When make hover effect to the link except home,
its getting red in color but should be black

Actual result:
Its not like mock up
